Many things: A number of problems can cause pelvic pain or abdominal cramping. Three main areas can be involved. It can be a GI issue, bladder/kidney, and reproductive organs. It may also be a musculoskeletal issue. A good place to start is with your pcp and probably a pelvic ultrasound.
