Prititus Ani: This is termed pruritus ani. It may or may not be associated with hemorrhoids. Area should be kept clean & dry. Moisture can make problem worse. Avoid using wipes containing alcohol since this can cause skin dryness & make problem worse. Warm water soaks in bathtub + high fiber diet may be if benefit. External cream such as proctofoam may also help. Good hygiene is key.
