Oligomenorrhea: A change of cycle with change or flow to include absence of menstration may be a sign of intrauterine pregnancy but also be a sign of tubal pregnancy, ovarian cyst or pelvic infections. If pain worsens or you note fevers, nausea, anorexia or severe constipation go to er. Otherwise follow up with primary care provider.
