Intertrigo: The rash described is common. Sweating, obesity, tight clothing, & fevers are common associations. Sometimes yeasts & certain bacteria are involved. It tends to be a type of seborrheic dermatitis. Shower with a dandruff shampoo such as head & shoulders used on these areas will help. Otc generic creams Miconazole or Clotrimazole can be rubbed in twice a day.
