do skin tightening creams reduce acne craters?

No: Acne scarring is best treated with skin resurfacing lasers. These scars are very deep and can not be treated with topical treatments. Topical creams can help improve the tone but will not decrease the scarring. Fillers can also be used to help decrease scarring as well as subcision.
