I have acne scars that need to go. what's the best treatment?

Cannot ELIMINATE!: No scar removal techniques (that work) exist. Only dermabrasion, chemical peels, or laser resurfacing techniques can successfully improve acne scarring, and none of these options can completely "eliminate" scars.
