Gastroenteritis...: Be wary about low grade temperatures (up to 100.4 f) since the act of vomiting can cause this phenomenon. Otherwise, the initial impression is that you have a viral gastroenteritis (vomiting and diarrhea). Depending on the answers you give when you see your doctor if it has not relented, one may need to consider adverse drug event, foodborne illness, or toxin exposure.
