I have a fib and am on topal xl 150mg daily also coumandin 2.5/5mg daily and i would like to know if i can take viagra (sildenafil)?

Possibly: Viagra (sildenafil) and like medications are contraindicated in patients with coronary artery disease who are on long-acting nitrate medications. If you are not on these medications and are otherwise healthy enough for sex, then you should be able to take viagra (sildenafil) safely.
