Yes, and others...: Depending on certain situations you may have discussed with your doctor, Amoxicillin can be used, other healthcare professionals, depending on the situation ( eg age, allergies, drug interactions) , may prescribe a different antibiotic such as doxycycline, clindamycin, and others.

Yes: Its not the most typical antibiotic to use for acne, but it certainly can be used.
