Difficult to say: Your symptoms are difficult to ascertain. I recommend you have an eye exam. Redness is a common denominator for many eye problems. Heat emanating from the eyes is not specifically a problem, but a reaction to what you are experiencing. An example would be the flu, which can make you febrile and also give you conjunctivitis (red eyes).
