Highly unlikely : Unusual to have a pill failure when one or two pills are missed. Most risky pills to miss are the day 1, 2, 3 pills form next pack - that would mean no pills for 8-10 days from the last pill - if on a 21 day on/7day off pill. Consider the extended pills ie 24 or 26 day packs if you tend to miss pills - esp. The first few in a new pack. Spotting is common with missed pills - pregnancy unlikely.
