Yes, but: You can ask to have your MRI reviewed by the radiologist of your choice but you should know that, while intracranial hemorrhage does cause a severe and brief headache (and is easily seen on plain ct), garden variety strokes do not cause headaches. You need to be evaluated for another cause.
