Not: There is no oral form of low molecular weight heparin. You're probably referring to Pradaxa and xarelto which are new, oral anti-coagulants indicated for stroke prevention in non-valvular atrial fibrillation.

Xalerto: It may replace Lovenox (enoxaparin) in some diseases but not approved in all forms of anticoagulation . It is not Lovenox (enoxaparin) pills .. Name is xalerto.
