Go see your docctor: Sorry but doctors can't prescribe medications online without first establishing patient-physician relationship. Just answering a few questions isn't enough. We also need to be able to perform some sort of (physical) examination. So go see your local family doc for an evaluation & appropriate treatment. You may need a chest xray & perhaps testing for pertussis.

Rx: This is a site for advise, no doctor can make prescription in this site. Cold do not last months, think about allergy, sinus infection, or asthma? Please see a doctor.
