My sister's two children(males)died due to scid(from ada deficiency), should they take another chance?will this disease occurs in all their children?

This is an autosomal: Recessive condition which means statistically 1in 4 will have the disease. Despite having 2 with ada deficiency, the risk next time is still 1in 4. Prenatal testing can be done.
