Doubtful: Bulging discs certainly can radiate pain to many areas but usually to the legs. Radiating pain to the groin area less likely as is vaginal pain. I would recommend a vaginal exam to rule out other pathology as a source of your pain. If no source is found in the vaginal area then other conditions need to be ruled out which would include an exam and possible xrays of other areas including the back
