Gastroenteritis: Your description sounds like a severe gastroenteritis with an associated GI bleed. Go to see your doctor or the er asap.

If it has been for .: Several months and now is getting bloody, the chances that this is infection is low and it is more likely to be inflammatory bowel disease like ulcerative colitis. Get evaluated before things get out of hand.
