Likely yeast infctn : Hormonal changes in pregnancy contribute to a common problem of vaginal yeast overgrowth or vaginal candidiasis. Bacteria compete with and reduce the yeast. Regular intake of yogurt, e coli or acidophilus supplements can be helpful. Also, decreasing sugary foods, avoiding dietary sources of yeast such as fresh breads and hard cheeses can help.
