Red dots: Grouped red dots has a wide list of possibilities. Most often, eczema and contact dermatitis must be considered. Aggressive emollients are helpful. Bug bites, including fleas, can lead to grouped red bumps. Also infected hair follicles can do the same. Further specification is very difficult without visual assistance.

Uncertain: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
