Phone book or online: To find a doctor, one can go to the find doctor page on healthtap and type in ob-gyn and the city name. One can also go online to google and type in ob-gyn and the city name. The old-fashioned way is to look in the phone book under physicians (yellow pages). Good luck!

See Dr Kwok's answer: Also, ask friends, neighbors, relatives in your community for their recommendation. Call the local hospital emergency room and ask the triage nurse for a few names he or she would recommend. If your community has one, the local medical society also has a list of qualified ob-gyn's. Your health insurance handbook should certainly have a list of 'participating' ob-gyn's...Also, hospital clinics...
