Multi possibilities: There are multiple possibilities. Anything from a stress fracture in the foot to a pinched nerve in your foot, leg or possibly even back. Talk to your doctor.

Ridiculopathy: If the pain travels from foot all the way to hip i would rule out a possible ridiculopathy (nerve compression) from the lower back.
