What nerve is being impinged if hip is anteriorly/internally rotated and pressure over greater trochanter causes pain in medial knee and medial ankle?

Not nerve impinge: Can b a couple of causes. Trochanteric bursitis is 1. The other could b of multiple origins. Fai is 1 or other hip maladies. The radiation 2 the knee can b referred from the hip, but not 2 the ankle. C an orthopedist for xame ; x-rays 2 try and get a handle on the problem.
