Piles = Hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids are swollen veins in the anal canal. They can develop when there's too much pressure in the pelvic and rectal area. Constipation or diarrhea with straining at stool, pregnancy, obesity, long-term liver and heart disease, etc may cause them. You can try sitz baths, blotting them gently after bm's, and most important: establishing healthy bowel habits. See your doctor for more help.

Piles: Straining and hard stools cause piles. Try using anusol hc, suppository or cream.
