Usually: However, you really need to figure out why you need the enemas in the first place. I do not recommend regular use of enemas or laxatives.

Fleets enemas: Yes, unless you have heart disease or kidney disease, but if one fleets enema does not provide results, tehn a fleets mineral oil enema and a bottle of magnesium citrate will most likely give you better results. If the problem persists, then see your physician.
