Back pain: Any other manifestation of psoriasis? "normal" back pain resolved in a sort time. Psoriatic spondyloarthropathy usually is insidious in onset and unrelenting.

Have it evaluated: See a rheumatologist, be examined, obtain appropriate xrays and have a blood test done to see if you test positive for the hla-b27 antigen. This will help immensely.
