What do you mean?: What do you mean by lazy eye? Lazy eye 2/2 poor vision or lazy eye 2/2 eye muscle weakness? Person could have an intermittent lazy eye. But it needs an ophthalmologist eval.

Not sure: Amblyopia (lazy eye) is a developmental condition usually from childhood. Once it develops is difficult or if untreated, impossible to reverse.

Yes : Yes there can be many reasons for acquired lazy eye ie. You got it after having normal eyes. I would have an ophthalmologist do an exam on the eye, since it can be a variety of serious issues.
