Kissing is not a : Risk factor in transmission. What is required is blood contaminated saliva to be introduced into someone via a bite.

No: Saliva is not a way to pass HIV virus. However, aids can be transmitted through blood. If you have bleeding gums it may be possible to pass the virus to someone else that has an open sore, but this would have to be extremely rare.
