Is it safe to use any skin product after dermatomyositis?

Depends: You can't use "any skin product" some products are toxic and harmful. However there are many safe products that you can use. Also, dermatomyositis has different manifestations on the skin. Some may be a rash, others can be sores due to elimination of calcium deposits. So the product will be different depending on the presentation of the condition. Generally moisturizers will be fine.
