Eyes crossed out: In this condition which starts in childhood, the eyes are aligned outwards from each other and the one looking straight ahead can see centrally while the other is suppressed but can pick up vision if it looks straight and the other looks outwards. So there is alteration of vision and eye position but no doubling of the images.
