Hard to say w/o exam: There are many possibilities, but i always have a higher level of concern in contact lens wearers due to higher incidence of bacterial issues. If the bump has not resolved, recommend having an exam, esp before any further contact lens wear. Could be a phlyctenule (inflammatory bump), an infectious ulcer, a deposit or change in cornea related to contacts ...
