Sinus cysts: See your surgeon. Often cysts in the sinus do not require surgery, but only your surgeon can advise you on this. If you are not sure about the answer s/he gives you, you can always get a second opinion from another qualified surgeon. Each case is individual and some cysts do become a focus of infection, even though many are not clinically important.

Only if symptomatic: The most conservative approach is treat sinus cyst only if they become symptomatic. Meaning causing pain, pressure or resulting in blockage leading to infections.
