Breakthrough bleed: You may need to see your gyn to rule out pregnancy and if not pregnant, you may need a change in your pill dose. Many woman are on very low dose pills, but these pills have higher rates or bleeding midcycle. You also may need to be changed from a monophasic to triphasic pill. Your gyn can discuss with you further.
