Hmmm: Thats sounds very wishy washy. You either have normal echogenicity or increased encgencity. You should ask your nephrologist if you have one. You definitely dont want to have a possible renal mass. You might need more imaging. Most renal imaging needs contrast - as your radiologist *who is me.
