Anatomical variance: Of this sort is quite common, and some people will have anatomical variants that are significantly different, but of no consequence.

Common enough: More common for the left to be conjoined than the right. There are many spontaneous anomalies(variants)in human development that happen because of genetics, maternal exposures, or sometime random variation. In this case it's not important to know and it's not a particularly serious issue.
