No: If you have a calcaneus fracture (a "heel bone" fracture), generally, that requires at least 8 to 12 weeks of non weight bearing to allow sufficient time to healing. Otherwise, the fracture is likely to displace. Some calcaneus fractures require surgery to prevent arthritis. Make sure you seen an orthopaedic surgeon to make sure your fracture is being treated appropriately!
