Oral Surgeon: Make sure you have the procedure by a dentist that removes wisdom teeth on a regular and daily basis. Experience and knowledge can idetnify and minimize risks and complications. Most oral & maxillofacial surgeons would be excellent and some general dentists may be qualified as well.
