Not likely: Spanx are compression garments that may give the illusion of a slimmer figure when worn but there is no reason to think they will actually reduce the amount of fat a person has.

Nope! (Sorry): Spanx will compress and flatten what you have, but will not make it "go away." the same goes for those "slim belts" or rubber/neoprene "fat burner belts" sold on late-night tv! only diet and exercise can reduce fat without surgery, and liposuction is not for weight loss either--it contours the remaining fat after reaching ideal weight or healthy maintainable plateau. Tummy tuck removes loose skin!
