Is it okay to have blood in my feces?

No: Though causes of rectal bleeding are not always serious they indeed are often the first signs of serious problems like cancer. Please see your physician to have this properly evaluated.

Med eval.: I agree with dr. Jeu. Blood in stool can be related to hemorrhoids, fistula, fissure, cancer, infection or inflammation. If more then a one time occurence get it checked out medically. Take care.
