See a fertility specialist (reproductive endocrinologist) to find out why you're not ovulating (releasing an egg) very often: could be pcos, thyroid or prolactin hormone issues, low egg supply, or low hormone levels due to stress, exercise, eating disorders. Your chances depend on your age and the reason you're not ovulating - treatment will help.
