5-10mg of what?: You didn't mention the medicine you're taking 5-10 mg of to help your sleep -- but you say it's "not working." your best bet is to talk with your doctors about this, and see what they recommend. With liver problems, care is needed about the dose of whatever you do take. Good luck to you.
