How can i control cancer spread to bones,lungs & liver?

Control primary: Few primary lesions that are not long standing will spread to multiple organs. Melanoma once past the local site will grow in all organs. Most others go to one site such as liver and can only grow at that site. Even chemo is not that effective at multiple sites. If not too advanced, metastatic foci are removed
