Several Things: Fist thing, get to the cause. It could be muscles tightness that responds to simple stretching. Poor posture or bad biomechanics with lifting or repetitive motion can also be a cause. Warm shower, deep breathing and stretching may help. See your doctor so that this can be addressed. Physical therapy will help if it is musculoskeletal.
