Highly unlikely: But almost anything is possible. This is most likely caused by vascular engorgement of vessels. On occasion sufficient trauma may cause then layer containing the vessels to rupture with leakage of blood ( in the penis this is known as a penile fracture). I would recommend ice and compression and if this gets worse consider going to your gyne or er.

Could be allergy: May be an allergy to latex. Or other foreign substances. Also intense sexual intercourse may cause physical irritation. Put some ice packs there and see what happens. If gets worse go see a doctor.
