Get evaluated: A change is caliber or color of stool warrants evaluation. A ct scan of abdomen and pelvis with oral contrast, to start. Ok to go to doc. You might need colonoscopy. Dont delay.

You need exam.: You need to have a rectal exam and most likely a colonoscopy to see if you have a tumor.
