Should happen soon: At 22 most women can get pregnant in the first 6-12 months. If you have regular periods you can use an ovulation predictor kit (opk) if you want; have intercourse at least 2-3 times a week, and every day for 3 days with a + opk. If you have irregular periods, endometriosis, or a previous chlamydia or pid infection you can see a fertility specialist (rei) for help sooner. Best wishes.

Sex every other day: I would just have sex every other day during the middle of your cycle. If you have regular periods and no history of any pelvic infections there is nothing else to do. If your periods are not regular or you have had any infections of the uterus, fallopian tubes, pid etc then even at a young age a fertility evaluation can still be appropriate, especially if you are not pregnant in another 3 months.
