See below: Added weight may be part of the problem: adipose tissue has an estrogenic effect. Smoking can affect erections. Elevated blood fats (lipids: cholesterol, triglycerides) & diabetes can affect circulation & thus erections. Many medications like antidepressants can interfere with erections. See pcp to discuss problem & options for improving it. Low t is unlikely in a 22 y/o but….
