Should you do cpr on someone who was struck by lightning?

Yes: CPR should be performed on anyone who is not breathing and does not have a pulse (cardiac arrest). Cardiac arrest can occur after a lightning strike because of the electrical shock delieverd to the heart. Although not all lightning strikes result in cardiac arrest, if the person struck is not breathing and does not have a pulse, CPR should be started immediately.
