Depends: Depends on why you are on a liquid diet and what exact type of candy you are eating. Pure sugar candy should be ok. Peanut brittle may not be ok.

Is candy a liquid?: Well, first of all, candy isn't a liquid. Second, you shouldn't be on a liquid diet anyway - just not healthy or safe. So, no and no.
