Schedule intercourse: A woman is most fertile 10 -16 days after the start of her last period if her cycles are 28-30 days. Arrange intercourse for the 10th, 13th and 16th day after the last period. If your partner has intercourse every day after the 10th day, the 11, 12, 13 , 14 day he will be infertile, because the sperm will not have had adequate time to mature in the testes.
