I recently had a baby. i have never drink milk and i do not like to go outside very much. my calfs are way smaller and i do not exercise. any advice?

Get Outside: You do not have to exercise but getting outside to walk serves several purposes. Exposure to the sun will help maintain your vitamin d levels which are important for health. Alternating walking on level surfaces and hill will help your muscles tone. Take your new baby out with the stroller and have some fun.

Otc calcium with vit: You do need calcium for both you and your baby esp. After childbirth.You can take otc calcium with vit.D like oscal/or citracal with vit d , there is even calcium chews with vit d in case you do not like big pills.
